Synopsis:
Adrian's ob-gyn Dr. Miller (Nick Zano) appears. Ben and Adrian go to the hospital, as she's ready to give birth. She doesn't want everyone from school there, and her parents may be busy with other things.
Ashley and Toby (Jared Kusnitz) inform George they've tested out of high school! Ashley wants to be emancipated so she and Toby can drive across the country.
Grace meets Grant's ex-girlfriend Angie, who may not be over Grant. Grace accidentally brings up the fact that Angie is fat.
Tom may be getting married, to Rachel (Annie Tedesco) a woman with 2 kids (Aidan and Delaney Miner); he met the woman on the bus. Kathleen (Josie Bissett) and her newly-returned-home husband Jeff (Reid Scott) have plenty to say about that, but Jeff also has a proposition for Kathleen.
Amy arrives at the butcher shop to see Ricky. She's got an overnight bag, and Ricky's in a happy mood. Amy and Ricky become closer.
