Romeo and Juliet + Edward and Bella + Jack and Grace = couples that are meant to be together. Romeo and Juliet died for their love, Edward and Bella had a cray-cray vampire child, and what are Grace and Jack doing? Not being together, that’s what. Jack’s sucking face with Madison, and Grace is busy gateway sexing Grant. It’s just all kids of wrong! C’mon Grace — you can do so much better than Grant (hint hint: JACK).
In case it isn’t already obvious to y'all why Grace and Grant should kiss and make up/out, check out these 5 compelling reasons!
1. They’re a match made in heaven — literally! Haters call Grace a “crazy Christian,” and Jack is the son of a preacher man. These two love themselves some religion, and they’re also willing to turn a blind eye to that whole “no sex before marriage rule.” Could they be more perfect for each other? Just keep reading.
2. They were each other’s firsts. Grace and Jack lost their virginity together and it was totes amazeballs. Now, we’re not saying everyone should marry the person they cashed in their V-card with — but for Grace and Jack it was def a bonding moment. How can they forget that? Sigh… memories!
3. They have unresolved issues about sex that can only be fixed by having more sex (hey — Jack said it first)! Jack and Grace didn’t break up because they had sex; they broke up because they didn’t have it again. Their first time was perfect, until Grace’s dad up and died in a tragic plane crash. We know Grace thought that their “act of sin” made God smite her pop, but she seems to have gotten over that whole sitch. Shouldn’t she and Jack give it another go now that we know their hot hookups don't have the power to kill people?
4. Cheerleader + Football player = Duh. She’s a pom-pom wielding cheerleader and he’s a quarterback. It’s practically breaking the laws of physics (and high school) that they’ve gone so long apart!
5. They still secretly heart each other! Grace and Jack might be dating other hotties, but they still have lingering feelings for each other. Jack’s obsession with Grace borders on stalkerish — the dude lives in her guesthouse. He’s probs peeking into her window every night to watch her sleep. And even though Grace is distracted by her new man candy, it doesn’t mean she’s over Jack. Far from it.
