Wetpaint has new details on the horrific car accident that The Secret Life of the American Teenager’s Renee Olstead narrowly survived in Los Angeles. A rep for the 22-year-old actress confirms that Renee did have “a horrible car crash” and describes her condition to us exclusively as, “Bruised but okay.”
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for her vehicle. “[She] totaled her car,” the rep tells us. But the most important thing is that doctors gave her a clean bill of health after the wreck. “She did go to the hospital and thank God she is OK and back to work. Thank you so much for your concern.”
As Star Magazine reported earlier today, a friend of Renee’s said she “saw her life flash before her eyes. She didn’t know what was wrong with her, just that she felt major pain all over her body.”
